The church of St. Augustine is an ancient building constructed in the early English style.
The tower which is clearly visible from surrounding countryside, is over 90 feet tall.
The pinnacles are unusual in that they lean slightly outwards and resemble a crown.
A wide cross section of the local communities attend church each Sunday to worship.
The people come from the surrounding area including
Heanton Punchardon, Wrafton, Braunton, Barnstaple and R M B Chivenor.
